The total construction area is 15,215.74 square meters, with supporting facilities such as power supply and distribution, water supply and drainage, roads, and greening.
The company currently has 2 automated control production lines and several manual and semi-automatic lines, with a designed production capacity of 3,000 tons of water-based coating materials and 7,100 tons of surface treatment materials per year.
The project was completed in December 2022, with trial production starting on June 1, 2023, and officially transitioning to production on January 18, 2024. The total investment is over 60 million yuan. The company mainly produces and sells various metal surface treatment agents and water-based metal and plastic paint series.
