Acrylic Single Liquid Low Temperature Primer

This single-component thermoplastic low-temperature water-based paint demonstrates excellent adhesion on substrates including ABS, PC, PA, PC+ABS, and ABS+glass fiber. It can be applied  as various  colored  and textured water-based  coatings with  a  soft  film that  ensures strong  adhesion  to  topcoats.  For  assembly  line  operations,  light  industrial products  can be cured  at  65°C  for  30  minutes  or  dried  to  60%  moisture  content before  applying  topcoats, allowing  immediate  production  line  continuation.  During  ambient  temperature  self-curing, surface drying and complete curing times may vary depending on temperature and humidity.
When air humidity is ≤ 70%, the paint typically takes 20-30 minutes to dry by touch and ≥ 24 hours   for   complete   curing.  Low-temperature  baking   or   self-curing  methods should  be determined based on actual production capacity and product structure requirements.
