Epoxy high temperature baking primer
Epoxy high temperature baking primer
This primer demonstrates excellent adhesion to diverse metal substrates including cold-rolled sheets, aluminum alloys, die-cast aluminum, magnesium alloys, cast iron, stainless steel, and galvanized sheets. It is the preferred choice for high-performance applications such as bicycles, locomotives, and computer chassis, which require stringent performance in drop ball tests, impact resistance, compression resistance, and screw locking. The standard curing parameters for test
specimens are 110-130°C for 20 minutes. Key advantages include superior corrosion resistance and superior silver powder coating effects, though it has limited resistance to yellowing. The application process can be performed through manual, electrostatic, low-voltage, reciprocating, or robotic spraying methods.
