This single-component water-based paint for low-temperature metal substrates features an automated production line.
Light industrial products undergo 65°C curing for 30 minutes before proceeding to the next process. Under normal temperature conditions, the self-drying curing process is affected by temperature and humidity variations, with surface drying typically taking 20-30 minutes and complete curing ≥ 24 hours when air humidity ≤ 70%. The selection between low-temperature baking or self-drying curing is determined based on the client's actual production capacity and product structure requirements.
