This two-component low-temperature metal and ABS plastic-based general-purpose paint requires careful selection of curing agents to control activation time and hardening speed. For assembly line applications, light industrial products undergo 65°C curing for 30 minutes before proceeding to the next process. During ambient temperature self-curing, surface  and  complete  drying  times  vary  with  temperature  and  humidity.  When  air  humidity  ≤  70%,  touch-drying typically takes 20-30 minutes with complete curing ≥ 24 hours. Low-temperature baking or self-curing methods are determined based on production capacity and product structure. Key advantages: Produces high-gloss, high-coverage, and chemically resistant products with excellent recoatability, high hardness, and superior outdoor performance.
