Low Hydroxy Acrylic Low Temperature Drying Paint

Low Hydroxy Acrylic Low Temperature Drying Paint

This two-component low-temperature, low-hydroxyl water-based paint demonstrates excellent adhesion on ABS, PC, PA,  PC+ABS,  ABS+glass  fiber  plastic,  carbon  fiber,  and  nylon  substrates.  For  assembly  line  applications,  light industrial products can be cured at 65°C for 30 minutes or dried to 60% moisture content before applying topcoat. The selection of curing agents directly influences activation time and hardening speed. During ambient temperature self-curing, surface and complete drying times vary with temperature and humidity. When air humidity ≤ 70%, touch-drying typically takes 20-30 minutes while complete drying requires ≥ 24 hours. Full self-curing duration depends on product specifications and environmental conditions. Key advantages: Non-abrasive surface, suitable for high-gloss and matte finishes,  resistant  to  color  floating,  bleeding,  seepage,  and  fading.  Features  superior  chemical  resistance,  excellent recoatability, rapid drying, and easy application.
