Low temperature curing paint with high hydroxy acrylic acid

Low temperature curing paint with high hydroxy acrylic acid

This product is a two-component low-temperature high-hydroxyl water-based paint that exhibits excellent adhesion on various  plastic  substrates  including  ABS,  PC,  PA,  PC+ABS,  ABS+glass  fiber,  and  nylon.  During  assembly  line operations, light industrial products require  curing  at  65°C  for  30 minutes,  followed by  an  additional 2-4 hours  of baking and cooling before proceeding to subsequent processes or packaging. The rational selection of the matching curing agent will influence the activation time and the rate of hardness development.During ambient temperature self-curing, the surface drying and complete curing times are influenced by temperature and humidity variations. When air humidity is ≤ 70%, the product typically takes 20-30 minutes to reach touch-drying and ≥ 24 hours for complete curing.
The exact self-curing duration depends on the product specifications and environmental conditions. Key advantages: Non-abrasive  material,  suitable  for  high-gloss  finishes,  high  fullness,  and  superior  chemical  resistance.  Features excellent recoatability, high hardness, and enhanced outdoor performance.
